The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, as I requested, and clean and tastefully decorated. The location was very convenient, being located directly above a metro stop.
Heat and hot water were not available in my room during the second night I stayed, and unfortunately the hostel/hotel is not staffed at night so I could not ask about having that fixed.

The girl in reception is very nice to answer our questions and even kindly tell us we don't need to check out on time because the rooms are not needed for the next day.
There's no window or ventilator in the toilet.

I loved the location, it's almost at the centre, easily to reach by metro, trams, but esp. by feet ;-)
I felt cold in the room and the room was a bit small, but still own bathroom facilities and it was clean!

Hotel is located very close to the city center. We appreciate especially double beds with separate bathroom and late check out (12:00) :)

Concerning the type of accomodation (hostel transformed from an old downtown apartmant in Budapest), it is well-maintained and clean. It has a great price-value ratio. I could check in very early.
Stuff was only available until 8 pm.

+ 10 minutes away from down town by subway
- Too bad! No heat in room, it was turned out. no breakfast buffet!! Thats only a table with milk, butter and bread. no internet! It was totally out of service. no privacy, we could hear everything in other rooms. It is but a hotel. It was a getto, and then adapted to flats. It is true that you are right nexto to a subway station, but the problem are the homeless people. 15 of them only at midday, and at night you they piss and make excrement at the doors of 'pseudo- hotel'!! Indeed, the other previos opinions come from the Hotel administration, theres no reason to qualify this place so high =s

This is not a hotel !! Good location - close to the merto station, a tram station and a train station, in the city center. It was rather cheap, too. And this is basically all.
This is not a hotel and a 3* ranking on Booked.net is rather a joke. The rooms remind nothing of hotel rooms, not mentioning a 3* category. Bathroom and toilet on the corridor. No tv set in the room. Poor equipment. Extreamly thin walls - you can hear everything from the corridor and your neighbours rooms. Since you can hear everything there is also a fine for, let me quote, 'loud speaking in the corridor during the night', like this can solve the problem. There are some loud 'toilet devices' that can start functioning in the middle of the night without a particular reason. Breakfast is an another joke - much better you expect from a hostel, but not from a hotel. What is more, you have to do some thing on your own, like boiling the water for a tee or cooking eggs. Check- in from 8:30 is a horrible lie !!!! It is possible if there are rooms that do not have to be cleaned, in other case however you have to wait till around 2 P.M., like we did.

Not even hotel...it is hostel! Strange noise from water pump because there is no proper soar in the room...window is facing some terrace which is used for some dump and old things....room wasn't clean, mattresses are terrible, pillows also, pretty cold in the room.....It is value for money but you can find better deals for that price

Location and the lounge (although it was very cold, because heating was on minimum!!!)
We got a little double room, and I was very dissapointed, because it wasn't a room, it was a remodeled kitchen pantry, with 2mx3m dimensions. The door of our room were on the one wall of the kitchen. I am not a claustrophobic woman, but this "room" made me feel very uncomfortable. During the night, we were awakened a few times, whenever someone from guests came to the kitchen to make tea, coffee and so on. When we asked for another room, the boy from the reception didn't do anything to solve the problem. It was very cold in the whole "hotel", and in our room there was a strong, bad smell from the bathroom. Old and ugly tiles and furniture. I will not reccomend this "hotel" to anyone!!!
